"I was with Geico for 6 years when I switched to State Farm. In a nutshell, after talking with Shawn from the Lakewood office he was able to get me better coverage, MORE coverage, and no extra fees for paying or not paying their preferred way, all for about $40 less per month! These guys are top notch. They really are ALL about the customer. Plus when I called, an ACTUAL person answered! I didn't have to wait on hold for over 40 minutes before some joe schmo in Arizona picked up. (Nothing against Arizona, just I'm in WA state. Gotta go local when you can!) These guys have a new loyal customer for life!

01 AUG 23 *update*
I've been with State Farm now for a while. If I could possibly give another 5 stars to them I would!!! My car was stolen in January of this year. While the cops didn't even bother to respond, when I called my agent...they were extremely patient with me as I was still angry and confused as to what to do next. They calmed me down, and told me step by step exactly what I needed to do, how to do it, and what to expect throughout the entire process. It took about 2-3 weeks for them to cut me a check for my loss.
So to ALL of you at the Lakewood office... You guys seriously are literally the best!!! I will NEVER switch to any other insurance! You just don't get customer service like this anymore. I will recommend State Farm in general, and the folks at the Lakewood office specifically to anyone who asks. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
